Governance

Our governance structure is detailed below.

When a school joins Penk Valley, our governance professional will review all policies and check them for consistency, accuracy and ensure they are up-to-date. As a Trust some of the policies are owned centrally with your input and others are owned locally by the school. Our scheme of delegation shows what sits where and why. At each stage of the onboarding our governance professional will be on hand.
